Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Marketing Executive – Campus Partnerships to join our team and help build strong relationships with colleges, schools, brands, institutions and other organizations.
This is a field-oriented marketing and partnerships role involving regular campus visits, relationship building, pitching, campaign execution and on-ground activations.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, schools, brands, institutions and organizations.
• Regularly visit colleges and schools to meet principals, professors, placement teams, student bodies and other decisionmakers.
• Pitch relevant brand campaigns, marketing opportunities, partnerships and client requirements to institutions.
• Identify and develop new college, brand and organizational partnerships.
• Lead and coordinate on-ground marketing campaigns, campus activations and events.
• Be present on ground during campaigns and take ownership of their planning, execution and coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams, college representatives, brands and other stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Maintain existing relationships and explore opportunities for repeat campaigns and long-term partnerships.
What This Role Involves
This is not a purely desk-based marketing role. The ideal candidate should genuinely enjoy travelling, meeting people, networking, pitching ideas and working on ground to make campaigns happen.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, campus marketing, field marketing, events or similar roles.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident in pitching ideas and communicating with senior coll
