- Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers and generate sales leads.
- Provide basic information about products, pricing and availability.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and service team when required.
- Maintain basic customer and calling records.
