? Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives

Salary will be decided based on interview performance & experience.

? Responsibilities :

Manage and motivate the sales team.

Achieve daily/monthly team targets.

Monitor calling, follow-ups and conversions.

Train and guide team members.

Track team performance and prepare reports.

Support the team in lead conversion and customer handling.

? Requirements:

2–3+ years of experience in Personal Loan / Overdraft / Banking Sales.

Good communication and team-handling skills.

Solid leadership and target-oriented approach.

Immediate joiners preferred.

? Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Working: 6 Days | Sunday Fixed Off
