? Job SummaryEternal HR Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have an MBA/PGDM in HR, good communication skills, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates accordingly.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Prepare and maintain daily recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- ? RequirementsMBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
