Job Responsibilities

Track and update accurate shipment and vehicle information in the system.

Coordinate with clients to arrange loads on time and negotiate the best possible rates.

Communicate with transporters to connect them with available loads.

Follow up with drivers and warehouse supervisors to ensure timely vehicle loading and unloading.

Maintain regular communication with clients, transporters, and internal teams.

Ensure smooth coordination and timely updates throughout the transportation process.

Requirements

Hindi-speaking skills are mandatory.

Basic English communication skills.





Age should be below 27 years.

No career gaps.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
