- Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – Sales to manage and motivate a team and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling experience and be comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.

- Key Responsibilities: Manage, guide, and motivate a team of minimum 10 members.
- Drive the team towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and follow-ups.
- Ensure proper execution of sales processes and achievement of business targets.
- Handle team-related queries and provide continuous coaching and support.
- Track sales performance and share regular reports with management.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and positive team coordination.
- Work in a highly target-oriented and incentive-based environment.

- Candidate Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a sales environment.




- Must have experience handling a team of at least 10 people.
- Telugu speaking is mandatory.
- English communication should be manageable.
- Hindi is not mandatory.
- Candidates from Banking and Automobile sectors are not eligible.
- Solid leadership, communication, follow-up, and team-management skills.
- Should be comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
