- Visit patients or handle walk-ins to safely collect blood and other biological samples.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of samples as per safety guidelines.
- Maintain sample temperature and transport samples to the lab in a timely manner.
- Maintain hygiene, follow sterilization protocols, and safely dispose of biomedical waste.
- Explain procedures reassuringly to patients and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- DMLT / B.Sc MLT degree or certified phlebotomy course completion.
- Prior experience in venipuncture and lab procedures preferred.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (if home collection is required).
