? Designation: Customer Retention Manager (CRM)

? Process: 100% Voice | outbound Calling

? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Make outbound calls to existing customers

? Achieve renewal and retention targets

? Update customer details and renewal status accurately

✅ JOB REQUIREMENTS:

✔ Good communication skills in Hindi & English

✔ Robust sales mindset & thought process

✔ Experience in outbound sales preferred

✔ Knowledge of insurance or sales is an added advantage

✔ HSC and Graduate both can apply

✔ Experience: 0–2 Years (Fresher’s can apply)

Shift Timings & Week Offs: Rotational Shifts: 9:00AM – 6:30PM & 10:00am to 7:30pm (Any 9.5 Hrs. shift) ? 5 Days Working ? 2 Rotational Week-Offs

? Salary Package:

✨ Fresher: ₹12,500 (In-hand) | CTC: ₹2.10 LPA

✨ Experienced: Up to ₹18,000 (In-hand) | CTC: ₹2.79 LPA

? High earning potential with performance-based incentives
