Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through job portals and other online channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand job requirements and shortlist candidates accordingly.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with selected candidates through offer acceptance and joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers and regular hiring updates.
