*Key Responsibilities*

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.

• Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.

• Understand job requirements and source relevant profiles accordingly.

• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.

• Support other HR activities as required.
