About the RoleLeccy & Genesis is looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to handle installation, troubleshooting, servicing and repair of our smart home automation products at customer sites.

The technician will visit homes, offices and project sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to smart door locks, smart switches, touch panels, curtain motors, sensors and other home automation products.

Don't have prior experience in home automation? That's okay. Training will be provided.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customer sites for service, troubleshooting and repair work
- Diagnose and repair smart door locks, smart switches, touch panels and other automation products
- Handle basic electrical wiring, connections and troubleshooting
- Replace defective components/products wherever required
- Configure and test smart devices and their applications
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi/connectivity and device-pairing issues
- Perform installation and commissioning when required
- Conduct testing after repair to ensure the product is working properly
- Explain basic product operation to customers after service
- Maintain proper service reports and update the technical team
- Carry and maintain service tools and required spare parts
- Coordinate with the support team for issues that require escalation
- Travel to different customer/project sites as required




- What We're Looking ForBasic knowledge of electrical wiring and electrical components
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or a related field is preferred
- Experience as an electrician, electronics technician, CCTV technician, appliance technician or field service technician will be an advantage
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic apps/software
- Good communication and professional behaviour with customers
- Willingness to travel for site visits
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
- Freshers with good electrical/electronics knowledge can also apply
