Key Responsibilities· Understand client/job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

· Conduct preliminary telephonic/video interviews to evaluate candidates.

· Shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.

· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.

· Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

· Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

· Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations where required.

· Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.





· Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports and achieve assigned hiring targets.

· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills· Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

· Positive understanding of IT job roles and technical skills.

· Knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and social media.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good screening and candidate evaluation abilities.

· Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant profiles.

· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
