We are looking for an energetic and experienced Outlet Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our restaurant outlet in Hisar. The candidate will be responsible for team management, customer service, sales, inventory, food quality, and overall outlet performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
- Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team, including staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Monitor sales, revenue, food cost, wastage, and operational expenses to achieve business targets.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, SOP compliance, and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination while minimizing wastage and stock-outs.

Position: Outlet Manager

Location: Hisar, Haryana

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 years in QSR / Restaurant / Food & Beverage Operations
