Role &Responsibilities; :-

- Generate new business through online freelancing portals such as Upwork .
- Analyze client requirements and suggest appropriate bidding strategies and solutions
- Estimate project cost, timelines, and scope based on client requirements
- Communicate with clients via calls and chat to understand requirements and close deals.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships
- Submit complete and competitive bids on time and within budget .
- Identify relevant projects and write high-quality, customized proposals




- Bid daily on freelancing platforms to acquire projects and convert them into long-term business relationships.

Requirements:-

- Strong command of freelancing platforms (Upwork)
- Proven experience in client communication via calls and chat
- Excellent proposal writing and bid management skills
- Knowledge of business proposal drafting
- Understanding of the business development and sales process
- Ability to analyze market trends and client behavior
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, hardworking, efficient, and creative work ethic
- Positive command of written and spoken English.
