- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Plan and manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with management for stock requirements.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly.
- Work with the team to ensure smooth operations, especially during events and peak hours.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
