Job Description – Legal Counsel – Corporate AffairsWe are looking for a Legal Counsel – Corporate Affairs to provide legal guidance and support across the company’s corporate and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and business matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure company activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and coordinate with external advocates/law firms when required.
- Advise management on legal risks and recommend appropriate compliance measures.
- Maintain and manage corporate legal documentation and records.
- Support company policies,



agreements, vendor/partner contracts, and other legal requirements.
- Stay updated on relevant changes in corporate and commercial laws.

Requirements:

- Degree in LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
- Valuable drafting, documentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
- Prior experience in a corporate legal environment will be an advantage.
