Role Objective

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented individual to manage end-to-end supply operations. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring timely order closures, usage tracking, fulfillment, and invoicing support. The individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA adherence, and delivering higher customer satisfaction. The role involves regular, direct interaction with both customers and vendors, and is the primary point of contact between them for order-related matters.

Role Responsibilities

-  Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure all orders are closed within promised timelines.
-  Track usage, support fulfillment, invoicing, and measure OTIF.
-  Manage Supplier Dispatches and ensure Dispatch SLAs are met.
-  Drive delivery plans based on internal KPIs to achieve higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall OTIF.
-  Handle product,



fulfillment, or process-related queries from customers on the platform.
-  Coordinate end-to-end Order Management from Supplier Dispatches to Delivery (Order Life Cycle).
-  Manage support issues and escalations for Moglix customers.
-  Interact directly with customers (via calls, emails, and platform) to provide order status updates, understand requirements, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
-  Interact directly with vendors and suppliers to follow up on dispatches, confirm delivery timelines, resolve fulfillment issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
-  Act as the communication bridge between customers and vendors to ensure issues are resolved quickly and expectations are aligned on both sides.
