? Key Responsibilities• Generate membership sales through calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face interactions

• Explain membership benefits, offers, discounts, vouchers and other features

• Follow up with leads, app users, existing customers and prospects

• Participate in mall activations, salon events, residential societies, colleges and offices

• Coordinate with partner salons for membership promotions

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Maintain lead trackers, sales reports and payment records

• Build solid customer relationships

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

? Required Skills• 2–5 years of experience in B2C Sales, Telesales,



Inside Sales, Field Sales, Retail Sales, Membership Sales or Customer Acquisition

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach

• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools

• Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Fitness, Retail, EdTech, Insurance, Credit Cards, Membership or Subscription Sales will be preferred
