Job Description

Arvi Tech is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant who can independently handle complete day-to-day accounting operations along with vendor coordination, logistics support and occasional field work.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete day-to-day Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Strong working knowledge of Tally
- Handling Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Journal & Contra Entries
- Maintaining Purchase & Sales Registers
- Bank Reconciliation and ledger reconciliation
- Vendor and customer account reconciliation
- Managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Preparation and maintenance of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet
- Handling GST accounting, reconciliation and GST Return Filing
- Knowledge of TDS, taxation and statutory compliances
- Invoice, e-invoice and other accounting documentation
- Coordination with CA/Tax Consultant whenever required
- Follow-up and coordination with vendors regarding bills, payments and account settlements
- Maintaining proper records of stock inward/outward and material movement




- Coordination and management of logistics and transportation
- Supervising dispatch, loading and unloading of materials
- Physically verifying material during major dispatches whenever required
- Coordination with transporters, vendors, warehouse/site teams and company staff
- Willingness to travel to project/buyer/vendor locations whenever required for accounts, stock, documentation, dispatch or other company-related work
- Maintaining proper documentation and ensuring that all financial and material records are updated accurately

Candidate Requirements

Candidate should have solid practical accounting knowledge and should be capable of independently managing the company’s accounts.

Good knowledge of Tally, GST, taxation, Balance Sheet preparation, vendor accounting, reconciliation and accounting documentation is essential.

The candidate should also be comfortable handling logistics coordination, stock/material movement and field responsibilities whenever required.

Preference will be given to candidates who can independently take responsibility for Accounts + Vendor Coordination + Logistics Documentation & Supervision.
