Hiring: Plant Supervisors – 3 Positions

Job Type: Full-Time | Plant/Shift-Based Role

We are hiring 3 Plant Supervisors, each with a different technical specialization. Candidates should apply specifically for the role matching their experience.

1. Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Plant machinery preventive and breakdown maintenance

Motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, valves, shafts, couplings and rotating equipment

Alignment, lubrication, vibration/heating/leakage troubleshooting

Mechanical fitting, piping and fabrication-work supervision

Maintenance SOPs, checklists and equipment history

Breakdown RCA and downtime reduction

Maintenance manpower, technicians and vendor coordination

Shutdown, cooling and plant changeover maintenance activities

Critical spare planning and reporting

Must Have: Strong practical knowledge of motor/gearbox systems, mechanical equipment and materials/metals.

2. C&I; / Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Key Responsibilities:

Plant electrical and instrumentation maintenance

Temperature, pressure, flow and level sensors/transmitters

Instrument installation, calibration and troubleshooting

PLC/SCADA monitoring and basic troubleshooting

4–20 mA loops, control panels, relays, contactors and electrical circuits

Motors, VFDs, panels and field-instrument health

Alarm/interlock monitoring and instrument checklists

Breakdown handling and preventive maintenance





Shift manpower handling and computer-based reporting

Must Have: Practical knowledge of sensors, calibration, field installation, PLC/SCADA and industrial electrical/instrumentation systems.

3. Process & Quality Supervisor – CPAT

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech or relevant qualification in CPAT / Plastic Processing / Polymer Technology

Key Responsibilities:

Plastic feedstock identification and segregation

Knowledge of LDPE, HDPE, PP and other plastic types

Incoming plastic quality inspection

Plastic properties and processing behaviour

Basic plastic testing and quality-control procedures

Monitoring plant process parameters and production

Batch-wise feed quantity and material-mix records

Product sampling and quality checks

Process/quality deviation identification

SOP, checklist and production-report maintenance

Coordination with operators and other technical departments

Must Have: Robust practical knowledge of plastic types, properties, processing and testing/quality control.

Common Requirements for All 3 Supervisors

Candidates should have hands-on industrial/plant experience, not only theoretical knowledge. The role requires shift supervision, plant/process monitoring, manpower handling, daily checklists, computer-based reporting, breakdown/deviation reporting, safety compliance and coordination with other departments.

Experience in process plants, plastic/recycling, chemical, steel, cement, boiler, rotary equipment or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred depending on the position.
