- Greet customers and provide friendly, effective service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process cash/digital payments.
- Generate bills and handle cash counter operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order preparation and dispatch.
- Ensure proper packing and handover of takeaway/delivery orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and surrounding area.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related concerns.
- Ensure proper stock of packaging materials, cutlery and counter supplies.
- Follow company SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the outlet team during peak hours and other operational activities.
