- Explain loan products and generate leads.
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with customers and support the loan process.
- Collect loan repayments from customers.
- Achieve sales and collection targets.
- Daily field travel is required.

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- English, Hindi & local language proficiency.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
- Own insured two-wheeler & valid driving licence mandatory.
