What You'll Do
- Lead, guide and monitor the Leasing Associate team.
- Set scouting targets and track team performance.
- Identify and evaluate commercial properties.
- Build relationships with owners, landlords and brokers.
- Handle site visits, negotiations and property discussions.
- Coordinate with BD and drive suitable properties towards closure.
What We're Looking For
- 1–5 years in Real Estate / Leasing / Scouting / BD.
- Team management or mentoring experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and property knowledge.
- Target-driven and comfortable with field work.
- Two-wheeler required.
