- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers and explain the company’s products/services.
- Generate leads through telephonic conversations and convert them into potential customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer onboarding.
- Update customer details, call status, and follow-up information in the CRM/system.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to improve conversions and repeat business.
- Candidate Requirements Minimum 1.5 -2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Telecalling / Calling-based Sales.
- Good convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
