Position: Collection Manager

Department: Collections

Location: Vijayawada, AP

Experience: 2–5 years in collections, preferably in vehicle finance / NBFC / banking

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Manager to manage collection operations, supervise field collection teams, and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts while following company policies and legal guidelines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise Collection Executives and field collection teams.
- Allocate collection targets and locations to team members.
- Monitor daily collection performance and recovery targets.
- Follow up on overdue, delinquent and NPA accounts.
- Conduct regular field visits along with team members when required.
- Track team productivity, customer visits, payments and recovery status.
- Identify difficult/high-risk accounts and take appropriate recovery actions.
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, Operations, Legal and other departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of collection records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly collection performance reports.




- Train and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets.
- Ensure all recovery activities are conducted as per company policy and applicable legal guidelines.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of field collection and recovery processes.
- Robust team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of local areas and field operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and collection reporting.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- QualificationAny Graduate / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in vehicle finance, NBFC, banking or field collections will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
