You will be the primary point of contact in the field, ensuring that caretakers adhere to operational guidelines, medical compliance, and household protocols. Your role balances administrative auditing with solid interpersonal relationship management to maintain high service standards.The Role also includes coordinating Pick-up and Drop-of Arragement of Caretakers ensuring their timely and safe transportation to and from assigned duty locations.
