We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Male Candidate for the position of ASST. MANAGER (Recruitment & IR).

Eligibility:

● Qualification: Graduate with Degree/Diploma in HR

● Experience: 5–10 years in Recruitment & IR

● Age: 28–40 years

● Computer working knowledge is essential

● Good knowledge of prevailing HR practices

● Should be a Self-Starter, disciplined and capable of handling workers independently

Salary: ₹32,000–₹40,000 per month, depending upon experience, knowledge and exposure.

Key Job Responsibilities





● Recruitment of Workers for Furniture Industry like Carpenters/Welders/Fitters/Polishers/Stitching Trained Persons from Reputed Furniture Industries/ through Campus Interview for ITI Trained Persons and with Reference of Existing Workers and Local advertisements.

● 80% IR/HR Job and 20% Office Work and Trainings of Workers/Staff

● Coordinate and conduct meetings with workers on attitudinal and functional issues

● Maintain a robust and effective Grievance Redressal System

● Maintain discipline across different plants/units of the Company

● Assist in HR, IR and payroll-related activities as required

● Handle worker-related issues and maintain healthy employee–management relations

Preferred Candidate: A mature, responsible and result-oriented person with practical exposure to Industrial Relations and Procurement of Workers.
