• Minimum 6 months in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Academic Counselling or Customer Service

? Working Days: Monday to Saturday

?️ Week Off: Fixed Sunday

? Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students.

• Explain Frankfinn courses and career opportunities.

• Counsel students and parents regarding Aviation, Hospitality, Travel & Customer Service programs.

• Generate and follow up on leads.

• Convert enquiries into walk-ins and admissions.

• Maintain lead details and update CRM records.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.

✅ Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation or Counselling.

• Robust convincing, counselling and negotiation skills.
