Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Explain products, services, offers, and pricing clearly.
* Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
* Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
* Schedule appointments and callbacks.
* Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM/Excel.
* Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
* Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
* Maintain a polite and qualified communication style.
