Job Role:
- Handle patient enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, website & social media.
- Follow up with leads and patients.
- Coordinate appointments and confirmations.
- Share information about doctors and healthcare services.
- Maintain enquiry, lead and appointment records.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Doctors & Operations.
- Track follow-ups and conversions.
- Ensure professional communication and patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
Graduate with positive communication and follow-up skills. Basic Excel and digital knowledge required. Healthcare/customer service experience preferred.
