We are hiring for one of our BPO Clients based in Bangalore.

This is Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to remind them of their overdue payments and ensure timely collection

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts

• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

Qualification:

Experience as a Collections Specialist/ outbound sales for min 6 month

Basic communication in English with any one regional language (Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam)
