About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail store. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, understand their needs, confidently recommend products, and contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and alternatives clearly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
- Keep yourself updated about products, new arrivals, promotions, and offers.
- Assist with billing, stock checking, product arrangement, and other store operations when required.
- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.




- Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate information regarding sales, customer requirements, and stock.
- Requirements12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and confident personality.
- Ability to understand customer needs and convert enquiries into sales.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and incentives.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/computers and billing systems is an advantage.
