Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and support day-to-day store operations and processes.
- Assist in managing customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Support billing, cashiering, and POS operations.
- Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory.
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and shelf management.
- Coordinate with store staff and support daily manpower activities.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and storing merchandise.
- Monitor sales, wastage, damages, and stock discrepancies.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.




- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Prepare and maintain basic daily store reports.
- Learn and follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Take responsibility for assigned sections and gradually develop team-handling and leadership skills.

Eligibility:

- Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- Freshers can be considered.
