Overview
We are looking for a commercially driven Manager E-commerce to manage and grow strategic e-commerce accounts such as Amazon, Flipkart / Nykaa / Quick Commerce. The role will own revenue, profitability, availability, visibility and overall account performance, while building strong relationships with key platform stakeholders. A results-oriented account manager who can go beyond day-to-day marketplace operations and take ownership of the business—driving sales, availability, visibility and profitability through data-led decisions, strong commercial acumen and effective stakeholder management.

Qualification
Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce / Key Account Management / Modern Trade.
• Experience managing Amazon/Flipkart / Nykaa / Quick Commerce accounts

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business & Revenue Growth
Own and deliver annual/monthly sales targets across e-commerce and quick-commerce accounts.
Drive account-specific strategies for GMV/NSV growth, market share,



assortment expansion and profitability.
Develop and execute ABPs/JBPs, identifying recent categories, SKUs and growth opportunities.
Track key business metrics and drive timely corrective actions to deliver growth.

2. Key Account Management
Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto and other strategic digital accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for commercial, operational and business discussions.
Conduct regular business reviews, performance reviews and planning meetings with account partners.
Understand account-specific priorities, customer behaviour and platform dynamics to develop relevant growth plans.

3. Marketplace Operations & Availability
Ensure 100% listing and catalogue hygiene across assigned platforms, including new product launches, content, pricing, images and product information.
