Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly across Real Estate Sales and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer and joining.
• Handle high-volume hiring for Real Estate Sales / Frontline Sales / Channel Sales roles.
• Recruit across Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Leasing, Interior Design, and Corporate functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial HR discussions, coordinate interviews and manage the candidate pipeline.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.




• Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, joining follow-ups and candidate engagement.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track TAT, sourcing funnel, closures and offer-to-join ratio.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring business requirements.

Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Solid hands-on experience in Real Estate Sales hiring or high-volume sales recruitment.
• Experience hiring across corporate functions such as Marketing, Finance, Commercial/Leasing and Interior Design.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and closures simultaneously.
• Agency recruitment experience will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
