Role Objective
Ensure that all company websites remain quick, secure, stable, mobile-friendly, technically SEO-ready, and conversion-focused. The developer will identify and resolve issues found through performance, technical SEO, security, accessibility/usability, and functionality testing, while enabling timely delivery of marketing pages and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
A. Website Performance & Core Web Vitals
• Audit and optimize website speed and performance across desktop and mobile.
• Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, and CLS) and monitor field data where available.
• Optimize images, CSS, JavaScript, fonts, caching, database queries, and server response time.
• Use PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, GTmetrix, and other suitable tools to diagnose issues.
• Maintain performance following new page launches, plugin updates, and feature releases.

B. Technical SEO & Website Health
• Resolve technical issues reported by Google Search Console, Semrush, and other SEO tools.
• Manage technical implementation of redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt,



and indexation controls.
• Identify and fix broken internal links, 404 errors, redirect chains, crawlability issues, and server errors.
• Implement, maintain, and validate schema markup and structured data.
• Ensure important pages are crawlable, indexable, responsive, and technically sound.
• Coordinate with the SEO team on technical fixes that affect organic visibility.

C. WordPress Development & Maintenance
• Manage WordPress core, themes, plugins, page builders, and site configurations.
• Build and customize landing pages, service pages, product pages, blogs, and campaign pages.
• Develop responsive layouts using Elementor, Gutenberg, or other relevant page builders.
• Write and troubleshoot custom PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress functionality.
• Maintain staging environments and test changes before production deployment.
