We work with brands across multiple industries and are looking for an Operations Associate who can help keep projects, people, communication, and day-to-day execution moving smoothly.

About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you will work closely with the management, creative, strategy, and client servicing teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organising work, communicating with people, following up on tasks, solving small operational challenges, and being involved in the creative process.

You will gain practical exposure to client management, social media, content, brand shoots,



influencer marketing, PR, campaign execution, and agency operations.

Training will be provided. What matters most is your ability to learn, take ownership, communicate clearly, and get things done.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Project Coordination
• Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, updates, approvals, and feedback.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure pending actions are closed on time.
• Coordinate internally to ensure client requirements are communicated accurately.
• Help track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Maintain professional communication with clients across calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.

2. Internal Team Coordination
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, video editors, strategists, and other team members.
• Track daily tasks and follow up on deadlines.
• Identify pending work and ensure timely escalation when required.
