Role Description The Channel Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing and growing sales through channel partners. Day-to-day activities include identifying and onboarding new channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners,



and supporting them with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional materials. The role involves meeting sales targets, tracking channel performance, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and service to ensure smooth order execution and after-sales support. The Channel Sales Specialist will conduct regular partner visits, provide training on Kaapi Machines’ product portfolio, and gather market feedback to refine sales strategies. This position requires consistent on-ground engagement with partners and customers to expand market presence and strengthen the brand in the coffee equipment segment.
