Key Responsibilities
1. Underwrite Surety Bonds in accordance with company underwriting guidelines.
2. Evaluate contractor financials, project viability, and the creditworthiness of principals.
3. Assess risks based on financial statements, project cash flows, and past performance.
4. Determine bond terms, limits, pricing, and conditions in line with underwriting guidelines.
5. Coordinate with brokers, clients, and internal teams for documentation and approvals.
6. Coordinate with reinsurers to obtain the best terms for Surety Bonds.
