Finance and Accounts Manager

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Salary: Up to ₹7,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
• Accounting Management: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.
• Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Policy Development:



Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Robust leadership and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a managerial role within a corporate environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
