Role Description The Drone Designer will design and refine unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)



suited to the diverse environmental and operational conditions of Northeast India. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing drone concepts, creating structural and mechanical designs, collaborating on propulsion and payload configurations, and optimizing aerodynamics and performance. The role involves working closely with operations, engineering, and data teams to ensure that designs meet safety standards, DGCA requirements, and mission-specific needs across agriculture, infrastructure, and government applications. The Drone Designer will also prepare technical documentation, support prototype fabrication and testing, and iterate designs based on field feedback. This is a contract, hybrid role based in Guwahati, with a combination of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in UAV or aerospace design, including airframe, propulsion, and payload integration.
• Proficiency with CAD and sim
