We're looking for a Business Development & Lead Generation Intern who wants hands-on experience in B2B sales, prospecting, outreach, and business development.

What you'll do
Research and identify businesses that could benefit from Brandex's services.
Build targeted and relevant lead lists.
Find decision-makers and their contact information.
Use LinkedIn, Google, business directories, and other tools for prospecting.
Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
Write personalized outreach messages.
Follow up with prospects and maintain conversations.
Understand a prospect's business and identify potential problems we can solve.
Qualify leads and identify genuine opportunities.
Schedule meetings for the Brandex team.
Maintain lead and follow-up information in our CRM.
Track outreach, responses,



meetings, and conversions.
Experiment with different approaches to improve our lead-generation process.
What we're looking for

You don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for someone who is:

Confident and comfortable communicating with people.
Curious about businesses and how they operate.
Valuable at research and finding information.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, WhatsApp, and email.
Willing to make cold calls and start conversations.
Persistent and comfortable hearing "no."
Organized with follow-ups.
A quick learner who takes initiative.
Interested in sales, business development, startups, or entrepreneurship.

Freshers and students are welcome to apply.

Previous sales or lead-generation experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
