Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and overall performance marketing growth.
The ideal candidate comes from a digital marketing agency background, has managed multiple campaigns/accounts across industries, and has experience leading or mentoring a performance marketing team. This is a hands-on role where strategic thinking and execution are equally important.

Core Responsibilities:
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Monitor and optimize CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.




• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
• Plan A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and campaigns.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.

Qualifications:
• 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing monthly advertising budgets of ₹10 lakh or more.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budget allocation, campaign optimization, performance tracking, and ROI/ROAS improvement.
