The Resource Manager II is an individual contributor who acts as a strategic adviser to implementation leaders within the UKG Pro Implementation suite. Driven by goals to reduce time to engage implementation resources for customer projects which will improve the overall customer experience, you will develop a strong understanding of UKG products, delivery methodologies, and the necessary roles and skills to match the right talent with the right projects.

Responsibilities
• Build and manage capacity plans to proactively determine staffing needs through various tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce and Open Air.
• Hold implementation groups accountable to business goals through resourcing data.
• Interpret sales orders and statements of work to understand products, roles, hours and delivery model.
• Produce and analyze resourcing data required to make action recommendations.
