Role Description The Sales Employee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The individual in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and promote Metafab Engineers’ vacuum systems and process equipment solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting industrial clients, understanding their process requirements, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with engineering and service teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely delivery. The role involves handling inquiries, negotiating terms, following up on quotations, and supporting after-sales activities to maintain customer satisfaction. The Sales Employee will also track market trends, provide feedback on customer needs, and contribute to sales planning and reporting.
