Purpose: We are looking for a skilled Civil Earthworks Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with 3D modeling platforms and a robust background in creating detailed designs and drawings for various projects, particularly in material handling.

The Role

As a Civil Designer-Earthworks with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience.





• Develop 3D models using Civil3D / 12D / InRoads / OpenRoads ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and documentation as required.
• Utilize AutoCAD and MicroStation for design and drafting tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate structural designs into overall project plans.
• Support material handling projects through effective design and modeling.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from project stakeholders.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in structural design.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Civil Earthworks/ Roads/ Drains modelling & 2D drawings.
