Role Overview
As a Manager Writing at WitWise Education, you will work closely with students and parents to support their higher education journey. This role blends academic counselling, creative writing, and profile development — ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful student interactions, has robust writing skills, and a deep understanding of global university admissions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Student Profiling & Essay Support
• Conduct in-depth conversations with students to understand their personal stories, experiences, goals,



and strengths.
• Draft, edit, and refine college application essays (personal statements, supplemental essays, SOPs, etc.) that authentically represent each student’s voice.
• Ensure all written materials align with university guidelines, deadlines, and admission requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them through multiple iterations of their essays.
• Support students in identifying, structuring, and articulating their capstone projects and research opportunities, ensuring these experiences are presented compellingly in their applications.
• Helping create Road maps for students and monitoring timelines mutually agreed upon by communicating and coordinating with students in each time frame.
• Creating college lists for applicants.
