Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and contacting potential clients, presenting suitable loan and financial solutions, and guiding clients through the application and approval process. The Sales Specialist will manage a sales pipeline, meet defined sales targets, and maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions.



Day-to-day activities include building and nurturing relationships with customers and partners, coordinating with internal teams and banking/NBFC stakeholders, and providing timely updates on market trends and client needs. The role also includes participating in training sessions, supporting channel development, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
