We're hiring a Business Development (BD) Sales Executive to help us generate and nurture leads, build lasting client relationships, and turn opportunities into successful projects.

? Location: On-site, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (100% onsite)
? Employment Type: Full-Time

What you'll do:

* Generate leads: Find and qualify prospects across the US, UK, Middle East, Africa and Australia.
* Nurture relationships: Stay in touch through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings, and understand what clients actually need.
* Proposal quality: Work with the tech team to prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and decks.
* Close the loop: Drive deals through negotiation and closure, and follow up without reminders.
* Stay organised: Keep the CRM updated with leads, follow-ups,



and sales activity.

Where you'll find leads:

* LinkedIn, Upwork, cold email, and calling (primary). Bonus: networking and other lead-generation channels.

What great looks like (KPIs):

* Consistently hitting monthly lead-generation targets
* Steady flow of booked client meetings
* Meeting or beating monthly revenue targets

(Targets set monthly.)

What we are looking for:

✅ Must-haves

* 1+ years in B2B IT/software sales.
* Sharp written and spoken English (you'll write a lot of emails and proposals).
* Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, or other lead-generation platforms.
* Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
* Valuable understanding of software development services.
* Able to independently research prospects and generate leads.

✅ Nice-to-haves

* Experience selling custom software, web and mobile apps, SaaS, AI/ML, Web3, or dedicated development teams.
