About The Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Partner Development Representative (PDR) to drive business development and growth through strategic engagement with partners and vendors.

The role will focus on pipeline development, demand generation, partner readiness, and revenue growth through consistent partner engagement, effective follow-ups,



and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and other internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with the US market, preferably within EdTech or SaaS selling and consulting, along with solid communication, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic partner business plans to drive partner growth and revenue.
• Drive demand generation activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and industry-focused outreach in coordination with internal teams.
• Partner with Sales teams to review partner pipelines, opportunities, and top deals to support consistent revenue growth.
• Achieve defined meeting input and output goals through effective partner engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
